- We do not offer or commit to any guaranteed returns or profits on our recommendations. All trading and investments are subject to market risk.
- Sharing of our research reports or confidential information by employees, associates, or clients is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against any violations.
- Employees and associates are not allowed to accept gifts from clients. Payments should be made only to the official account listed on our website. Do not transfer money to any personal account.
- We do not manage Demat or trading accounts on your behalf. Please do not share your credentials, such as User ID, passwords, security answers, or OTPs, with anyone. We are not liable for any claims resulting from the misuse of your credentials.
- For those facing financial constraints, we offer flexible instalment payment options. These instalments are solely for fee payments and are not linked to profit sharing. If you are dissatisfied with our services during the subscription period, no refunds will be provided for fees already paid, as per our policy.
- The management reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice to clients.
